Some of the best music in the industry comes out of Texas. The Bleu Edmondson Band is at the top of that list.  Bleu describes his sound as “Country rock with Texas soul”.  It’s music that gives a down home feeling to a country rock beat. The band stays true to Bleu’s description with songs about good ol’ boys, the hill country, and the Southland.  While Bleu writes and sings the songs, he’s backed by some of the most talented musicians on the Texas Music Scene.  Lead guitarist, Coby Wier (son of celebrated songwriter Rusty Wier) is inarguably one of the best out there today.  Bassist John Michael Schoepf is the youngest member of the band at age 19. Age, however, is no factor in his ability to keep up with the rest of the guys. Last, but certainly not least, is perhaps one of Texas music’s best kept secrets, drummer David Bowen.  The band tours regularly through Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, and Colorado, playing for loyal and new audiences alike.  Everywhere they are seen, their fan base continues to grow. Together The Bleu Edmondson Band is proving they are a force to be reckoned with.
